Lake Cumberland Endodontics provides you with the finest endodontic care at the most reasonable cost. To continue this practice, all fees are due at the time treatment is delivered. Patients with insurance are asked to pay 50% of the service fee at the time of treatment and are responsible for any amount not covered by the insurance. Any overpayment will be refunded promptly.
For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Care Credit. Care Credit is a company which provides a line of credit specifically for health care needs. You can apply for Care Credit online, at the office, or in the privacy of your own home.
