An initial consultation is necessary to review your
medical history, evaluate your tooth problem, formulate a diagnosis,
and discuss treatment options. Any special assistance that may be
required will also be discussed at this time. For patients who may
have traveled great distances or have limited amounts of time, we
may be able to provide treatment on
the same day as your initial visit, and if this is the case please
make sure you bring the following information:
- Your endodontic referral slip and X-rays.
- A list of medications you are presently taking.
